Available for download, IK Multimedia's AmpliTube Joe Satriani offers a panoply of gear used by the renowned shredding guitarist Joe Satriani in a software package. In total, the software provides three amplifier emulations, three cabinet emulations, one moveable mic model, four rack-based effects, and five stompbox emulations. All of this gear can be arranged in up to eight serial or parallel configurations.

The software uses dynamic saturation modeling and volumetric response modeling technologies for one purpose: to give you the same sounds as Joe Satrini uses night after night. Choose from prized Satriani posessions, such as his Peavy amp, his vintage, Japanese overdrive pedal, and more.

This software can operate as a plug-in within your DAW via AAX, AU, VST2, or VST3 formats. It also can function as a standalone two-track recorder with DAW-like editing capabilities. In standalone, the software can work with WAV, AIFF, SD2, Apple CAF, FLAC, and MP3 audio file formats.
