Vintage Modules
Vintage Tape: The Vintage Tape module is inspired by a well-maintained Studer A810 two-track tape deck, a clean and accurate machine perfect for mastering. Add the frequency response (magnitude plus phase) and saturation characteristics of magnetic tape without the crosstalk, hiss, wow, and flutter that could ruin a master. Introduce rich saturation with all the frequency coloration, distortion, and phase effects of tape.
Vintage Compressor: The Vintage Compressor is an emulation of a feedback compressor with a detection filter in the feedback loop. The Vintage Compressor includes a versatile detection filter in the feedback loop that filters the signal passed into the level detector to change which components of the signal are triggering the compressor. Some compressors use a highpass filter or a high shelf boost to reduce pumping. Others have a wide boost in the high frequencies to let high frequency content drive the compressor. The Vintage Compressor in Ozone includes all of these filters. We combined some of the best elements of vintage analog compressors to create this feedback compressor algorithm.
Vintage Limiter: The Vintage Limiter, modeled after the Fairchild 670, allows you to create a louder and fuller master by limiting the dynamic range and boosting the overall level of your mix.
Vintage EQ: The Vintage EQ module can be used to add the emulated frequency response of the Pultec EQP-1A and Pultec MEQ-5.
Dither: Ozone includes a comprehensive set of dithering tools to help you prepare studio-quality audio for different delivery formats. The Dither panel includes iZotope's MBIT+ dither algorithm along with a unique set of meters to offer a complete view of the conversion process.
Track Referencing: Referencing in Ozone helps you compare and contrast audio in your DAW by allowing you to import up to 10 reference tracks, visualize differences in your music with overlaid spectrum metering, and quickly A/B your audio without leaving Ozone.

Change the speed at which the process is applied, or change the overall tonality, highs, or lows. You can even set filter points, stopping all processing below or above your desired frequency. This can be useful for sculpting just the midrange of track or for excluding the treble to obviate any undue harshness.
Breakout Plug-Ins
Neutron Advanced comes with 8 individual module plug-ins, so if you only need the EQ or Sculptor, you can instantiate it without loading the compressor, transient shaper, etc. Each of the modules can be loaded independently.
iZotope Tonal Balance Control 2 Pro Audio Frequency Metering Software (Download)
Available for download, iZotope Tonal Balance Control 2 is metering software designed for mixing and mastering music. It is designed to show you vital information about your mix's frequency profile, and to help guide you to a frequency target that best matches your genre.

Load up a genre or style from the Preset menu and see how your program material compares. If you want, you can also load individual songs or entire albums from your collection into the plug-in to be analyzed for comparison. Two viewing options are on hand: a finer view, and a more detailed view, for helping you see how you compare to your references. You can solo bass, middle, and treble ranges to hear them independently. A crest-factor meter tied to the low end shows how compressed your bass information is by measuring and displaying the peak-to-average ratio of low-end elements.

New to Tonal Balance Control 2 is inter-plug-in communication with other iZotope products. You can now tweak instances of Neutron, Ozone, and Relay within Tonal Balance Control 2, so you that you can correct issues within your mix from the same GUI you're using to meter. Tonal Balance Control 2 is compatible with Mac and Windows platforms. It will operate within AU, VST2, VST3, and AAX plug-in formats.

Built-In Reverb Assistant
Press the prominent Reverb Assistant button, and you'll automatically have a leg up on the sound: this button opens a window that allows you to simply suggest some governing parameters. You can guide the assistant to give you something realistic, or something dramatic; something dark or something bright; something small, like a room, or large, like a cathedral. Play audio, and the assistant listens to it, EQs it to minimize clash and conflict, and gives you back a sterling reverb in accordance with the settings you chose up top.
Advanced Features for Those Who Need It
Under the hood, Neoverb utilizes three discrete reverb engines to give you a result with exceptional depth. Not only can you blend these three reverb tanks however you wish-you can also access advanced controls for each reverb engine, tweaking Attack, Crossover, Damping, and other parameters to your fancy. Sync Pre-Delay to your track's tempo, or have it stand out for greater emphatic control in the mix.
Blend Pad for Reverb Engines
The Blend pad allows you to fine-tune the blend of Neoverb's three reverb engines by ear, giving you an easy to way to create a unique verb effect in a short amount of time. The Blend Pad is also automatable, so you can jump among different blends of reverb for creative effects, or for transitions in your song.
Multiple Options for Blending Reverb with Dry Signal
Neoverb's I/O (input/output) panel gives you multiple ways to blend your reverb with your original signal. You can soften the transients of any audio entering Neoverb using the Smooth control, which will keep sudden percussive hits from disrupting your reverb. This is in addition to the Dry/Wet control and Level slider, which offer the conventional methods for blending reverb.
Automatic Tonal Control
Neoverb can tweak the tone coming and going: it'll tweak the input EQ, to make sure the sound is perfectly calibrated for the reverb on the way in. It can also tweak the reverb EQ, to make sure the results don't get in the way of the original signal. All of these things can be done automatically.
