Available for download, IK Multimedia SampleTank 4 SE is a virtual instrument to give you a taste of the broad sonic versatility available in the full version of SampleTank 4. This introductory version allows you to experiment with the fully functional software as well as a 30GB library of high-quality instruments, all of them ideal for layering, mixing, and editing your own original sounds and grooves.

SampleTank 4 SE comes with over 2000 sampled instruments that range across the gamut. Pianos, drums, basses, guitars, synthesizers, brass, strings, vocals, and exotic sounds are all at your fingertips. A 16-channel mixer, three sample engines, and a slew of effects are on hand to provide you with a panoply of sound-sculpting options. The software can operate as an AU, VST2, VST3, or AAX plug-in, and it can also operate in standalone mode.
